Specialized Exercise Programs
I offer in home physical activity assessments and specialized exercise programs. I will work with your child to achieve their exercise goals whether it is learning a sports skill, walking up a hill or getting stronger. I will also work with your existing rehabilitation team to maximize your current rehabilitation strategies.
Hydrotherapy & Swimming
As a former lifeguard and someone with a love of water, I enjoy offering modifed swimming lessons, water walking and hydrotherapy sessions. We can focus on swim skills, cardiovascular fitness or injury rehabilitation. My priority is always water safety!
Community Participation
Has your child wanted to participate in community exercise programs but struggled to keep up or be included? I can work with your child in a similar setting to learn the skills necessary to be successful in the community class. I also enjoy attending classes with children to provide extra support or simply going together to play in the park!
